Shelley Rosen is the founder of Luxe Bloom, LLC., bringing the leadership experience and proven track record to develop and implement new business strategies that create wealth for both emerging and traditional brands. Prior to founding Luxe Bloom, Shelley founded a Chicago based brand strategy firm called Airlift Ideas, Inc. Airlift led various efforts including: reinvention of the Ohio Lottery to record topline sales and non-profit transfers to the Ohio Government, a new restaurant concept for Arby’s Restaurant Group and innovation planning for Charles Schwab. Shelley was also an executive at McDonald's Corp, directing strategic efforts in the areas of new business development, global brand strategy and issues management. She led the first ever global innovation effort for McDonald’s resulting in the launch of REDBOX, DVD vending rental, and a new brand platform called McDonald's Balanced Lifestyles bringing over $500 million in new business with well-being menu items, nutrition labeling and a global advisory council of leading scientists on obesity. Ms. Rosen holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Michigan. She has attended Executive Development courses at Harvard University on Leadership and Management as well Strategic Business Management Classes at the University of Chicago. Shelley is the Chair of Economics Club of Chicago Nominating Committee. She has been a Board Member and Trustee of Columbia College for ten years in an effort to help inspire tomorrow's creative leaders.

Maggie Sullivan Roemig, Creative Director and Lead Floral Designer of Luxe Bloom, has worked in various aspects of the floral and green industry for over a decade. With industry experience including retail, special event, and landscape, she is no stranger to creative problem solving, unique design solutions, and superior customer service. Her industry experience in combination with Luxe Bloom’s innovative product ensures the beauty without compromise our luxury clients demand.With an expert eye for color and design, Maggie balances an always-current sense of style with the flexibility to create designs that fit in any décor, from traditional to ultra-modern. She works to ensure every design out the door meets Luxe Bloom’s high brand standards, so our clients can expect consistently gorgeous arrangements, down to the last detail.She received her BFA in Printmaking from the University of Iowa’s world-renowned printmaking program with minor emphasis in Metalsmithing. For further creative outlet, she continues to design, make, and market her line of handmade jewelry, called margaret julia.
