Return Policy

We stand by our product quality.

However, please note that our roses are a product of nature, and as such some variance in color, shape, and size is normal. Additionally, just as when roses are purchased at the local flower shop, small tears in the petals are normal. When buying two colors the darker colors may bleed.

Should your order arrive damaged, we will replace the product at no cost to you. We will ask you to return the product and will issue you a return shipping label to do so.

Please notify us of any damage claims at info@luxebloom.com, along with a photo of the damage, within 48 hours of receiving your order. We cannot guarantee the longevity of the product in a hospitality environment and cannot accept returns after 48 hours.
